DUE TO COVID-19 WE SHIP ON SATURDAYS ONLY!!!!!

All buyers are responsible for providing the correct mailing address for ALL orders. In cases of returns due to incorrect address/expired forwarding addresses, KH Naturals will contact you for both an updated address, and an invoice for the postage necessary to resend your package. KH Naturals will NOT cancel your order or provide a refund.

Always double check your addresses before purchasing, and notify us ASAP if you see a mistake on your order. Once your order is placed in the mail we cannot make edits or alterations to your order.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Once shipped out KH Naturals is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. You must contact your local post office for packaging issues.

CHANGES

Since we ONLY ship on Saturday's there is plenty of time to contact us at khnaturalsko2019@gmail.com to add or make changes to your order. Custom candles are FINALIZED. Please ensure that your custom order is correct before processed. We CAN NOT MAKE CHANGES NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!
